“Why I Trusted Her for Six Years in the Demanding Reality of Global Business.”

In my role as president, I never once had to question how I should present myself as an executive. That certainty allowed me to focus fully and confidently on the work itself.

In 2020, when I was appointed President of the Japanese subsidiary of a U.S.-based technology company serving the pharmaceutical industry, I sought guidance from Ms. Hino regarding executive presence.
